Make Your Message Live

As part of a broader internal communications strategy, there is no substitute for live events.

Intranets are famously under-used by employees (and are sometimes inaccessible to a majority of them). Legal and practical hurdles often make it impossible to ask employees to receive work-related communications outside of business hours. Communicating important messages piecemeal – with posters, mouse pads, screen savers or other collateral – will give your employees a fragmented understanding, at best.

For these and other reasons, live events that convey a concentrated message in a compelling way are more important than ever.

Such events give your employees the context they require to translate raw ideas into practical action. They answer burning questions like,

“Why is this important?” “How seriously am I meant to take this?” “How am I expected to feel about this?” “How should I change my behavior today, to make this idea a reality tomorrow?”

A well-produced event feeds the mind and touches the heart.
